Description

Hi I have a event enquiry for the use of your land for 2013 and onwards. The festival is called Macomina and will run for 5 weekends over the summer of 2013. It is a relatively small event with around 500 - 700 people attending each weekend. The idea is that we want to provide a low-key, non sponsored, affordable music event with accommodation and transport provided. The weekends we would like to run the event on are as follows: 21-23 June 5-7 July 26-28 July 16-18 August 30 Aug - 1 Sept We would need to set up a few days prior to each event and then we would take down & remove in between if needed. There would be one big top and three smaller tents with a separate area for tipis and bell tents (supplied by us). We have a large budget for security, fencing, etc and understand the various risk assessments that need to be carried out for an event such as this. Would you be able to give me an idea of costs if you are available for all or any of those weekends & also whether there are existing licences and facilities that we can use onsite?
