Flat field with grassy ground some uneven or even small hill/mounds too would be a bonus to play & practice kiting skills with kites 12m span +/- for up to 5 persons although usually 2 to 3. Naturally the ability to access with small car Usage would be clean, non irritating use by small groups interested in learning to fly the kites.
