I run a VW camper club. We have an annual meet in May of each year with around 50 campervans in attendance. I'm looking for a reasonably sized , level field that will take 50 campervans plus a hired in marquee, rented showers and toilet block. A water supply for the toilets is a must, I hire in a generator so power not so much. The event starts on a Friday afternoon and concludes around Sunday lunchtime. The build normally takes place on the Thursday. On the Friday night we would expect to have a disco in the marquee and on the Saturday night we would have a live band. On both nights the music will finish at midnight. The club consists of a lovely set of people, lots of families with children plus couples, both young and old. There has never been any trouble.
