Description

We are looking for field/s between 2-4 acres for an organised association in the Oxon area, preferebly close to Wantage/Witney/Stanford. If possible running water, electricity, Trees, hedgerows, stables and/or outbuildings that can be used/converted to a club house would be most advantageous and also the possibility of a long term rent if the land owner is agreeable. Access for vehicles is a must, even if its just a gate and we have to mark out a car parking area (approx 50 cars we think). Events will be through the year with some overnight camping events as well. All events are with mature people/families, not music festivals or boot sales etc. As part of the rental we are willing to agree to whichever land management stipulations are put in place. And as we are not a "destructive" group we are happy to agree to abide with, upon fair consultation and mediation, nearly any other landowner requests.
