Engaged professional couple in our thirties on the lookout for a piece of land for our beautifully built tiny home on wheels. About Us We’re a laid-back couple, don’t drink or smoke, both vegan, and by day we work as a travel writer and photographer. We spend much of our time travelling for work, but now that we’re due to get married it would be nice to have a base to come home to! About Our House Our handcrafted eco wooden home has all of the mod cons of a regular home but is built on top of a trailer to make it easy to move at a moments notice. It measures 16ft long by 8ft wide, and is 13ft tall. We’re very well versed in the planning allowances and therefore our home is the correct size and comes with all necessary road legal certificates and we’re happy to run through how this will in no way detrimentally affect you, the landlord. What We Need We’re on the lookout for a plot of land and we're incredibly flexible on the size from something small to something with outbuildings, or even with some acreage or forested areas. It should be around the Gloucestershire/Cotswolds area or just outside of it. Preferably somewhere that offers electricity and water, although our home can run off-grid so we’re flexible on this. Also worth mentioning we have a composting toilet that will be properly disposed of off-site at a dedicated facility. Payment We’re happy to pay a fair rate for the land that we ultimately find, and we’re also happy to help out around the place when we’re in the country!
