I'm in the process of start-up camping/ air bnb style business and looking for land owners who are interested in earning extra income by hosting campers on your land during the spring and summer months (throughout or intermittent). I'm interested in sites which are set in the beautiful scenery we have here in the UK. Near by parking and access to a water point would be ideal (electric & temp buildings not needed). I wouldn't say this will be 'glamping' as the site set up is basic, which means less start up and maintenance from each host. The sites would only have 1 canvas tent with the aim at providing a very unique, natural and private experience. The minimum land requirement is not set but we are looking for private settings that are surrounded by open land, this could be a large 10+ acre plot or as little as 2 acres with near by walks and adjoining countryside. You supply the land we supply the camp set up, website/ booking service and marketing in exchange for a percentage of the nightly charge, at a rate which is set by yourself. We anticipate a nightly fee of £40-80 per night dependent on location and our % ranging anywhere from 15-25%. tbc. This is purely a research add to see if there would be any initial interest with the hope of hosting spring 2019, in which we will be looking to role this out initially to only a small number of hosts for the 1st year which will benefit from zero start up & membership costs. (Chippenham location has been used as an indicative central location to cover the south of England and Wales)
